Key Responsibilities Prepare tender estimates using client-supplied Bills of Quantities, lump-sum cost schedules and project documentation. Compile Bills of Quantities and cost schedules from drawings, specifications and project requirements. Analyse completed cost estimates and identify potential commercial risks. Review tender documentation and prepare tender risk management reports. Review contract documentation and prepare contract risk management reports. Monitor project costs throughout the construction period. Track and cost all variations, site instructions, claims and contra-charges. Perform risk management, value management and cost control. Advise project teams on appropriate procurement strategies. Identify contractual and commercial risks and develop appropriate responses. Provide input and advice regarding contractual claims.
