Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment.
- Manage and source quotations, follow-up with contractors, and analyse costs.
- Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation.
- Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
- Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering.
- Assist with the development of quotations on various projects.
- Assist to prepare cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned.
- To submit and ensure Main Contract Progress Claim submit on time for workdone including claim of materials on site together with all supporting documents for consultants' evaluation and certification
