Overview

• Prepare quantities, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and billing for construction projects.
• Measure and quantify materials, labor and equipment for civil and mechanical works.
• Work on water supply and sewerage projects (preferred).
• Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress for interim and final payments.
• Maintain accurate records of site measurements, variations and payment claims.

Job Specification

• DAE (Civil) or DAE (Mechanical)
• 4 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation and billing
• Experience with water supply and sewerage works (preferred)
