Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple cladding and faade projects, ensuring costs are controlled, contractual obligations are met, and project profitability is maximised. Working closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will be responsible for the financial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
