Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the commercial and contractual administration of industrial services contracts within the oil and gas and related industrial sectors.
The role focuses on measurement and valuation of works, preparation of payment applications, administration of variations, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination and contract record keeping. The position supports the timely recovery of revenue and helps protect the company’s commercial interests throughout the contract lifecycle.
The role may cover maintenance contracts, shutdowns and turnarounds, brownfield works, mechanical services, scaffolding, insulation, painting, refractory, fabrication, access solutions and other specialist industrial services.
