Job Description
Internship opportunity in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management at Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in cost management commissions: cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders, and final account close-out.
- Supporting preparation of cost reports.
- Conducting cost assessments and valuations.
- Supporting document collation and administration.
- Performing basic measurements.
- Coordinating meetings and drafting minutes.
- Supporting ad hoc tasks as requested.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 months internship duration.
