Salary Band
$65,000 – 90,000
Responsibilities
- Assist with the deployment of our QualityWorX suite of products
- Support the development of custom gateways and data decoders.
- Review and analyze SQL server and API logs to identify root cause
- Analyze customer’s architecture and provide recommendations on data connection, data storage requirements and upgrade paths.
- Configure data collection from plant floor systems.
- Acts as a liaison between the software development team, project managers, and customer to communicate requirements, remove roadblocks and resolve open issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
