Job Description
Quality and Test Lead
We are looking for motivated consultants with experience in quality and test leadership to join our teams in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Leadership of large teams (10+ members) and critical projects.
- Design Test Strategy and Master Test Plan.
- Test strategy, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholders management.
- Continuous improvement of client’s QA framework.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, including at least 1 year as team leader.
- Strong background in technical leadership and stakeholder management.
- ISTQB Advanced certification is expected.
- Good level of English (B2/C1).
