Quality Technologist Co. Tipperary Salary: €50k+ (DOE) Join one of Ireland's leading producers of branded and private-label meat products, supplying major retailers across Ireland and the UK. As a growing food manufacturer, they are looking for a Quality Technologist to help maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across our production sites. The role Monitor product quality, food safety, and HACCP compliance. Carry out internal audits, hygiene inspections, and GMP checks. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Maintain traceability, quality records, and online specifications. Review microbiological and chemical results, taking action where required. Support customer and third-party audits. Work closely with Production and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Liaise with suppliers and external service providers to ensure quality standards are met.
