**Quality Technician**
**Pennsauken, NJ (Near Philadelphia)**
**Summary**
Perform analytical and microbiological testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and aseptic standards. Support in-process, finished product, and environmental testing using validated methods and laboratory best practices.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Monitor food safety controls and critical parameters (thermal processing, sterilization)
+ Perform production line quality checks and escalate issues as needed
+ Support testing of new formulations and packaging materials
+ Conduct pre-op inspections, cleaning verification, and allergen swabbing
+ Train team members on GMP and food safety practices
+ Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
+ Maintain lab equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP/GLP
+ Manage non-conforming materials and support root cause investigations
