In this position, you will be responsible for the check-in, inspection, and testing of returned products as part of the complaint handling process. You will work within the Rice Creek facility, contributing to the development of life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that increase patient access and improve procedure efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Manage inventories of devices within the lab, including shipping and handling packages.
+ Follow testing work instructions and document findings accurately.
+ Research, resolve, and respond to discrepant receipts from internal and external customers.
+ Register returned products within the global complaint handling database.
+ Execute product inspection and test plans on bio-hazard products.
