Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for utilizing various testing methods and equipment to maintain product standards. Your contributions will help uphold our long-standing reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
+ Use the production schedule to prioritize sample orders.
+ Retrieve samples and add calculated corrections to batches.
+ Apply distillation, solid, and straight proofing methods in accordance with TTB regulations.
+ Test product pH, clarity, and color.
+ Calculate batch proof of each product using the DMA.
+ Utilize Excel spreadsheets and calculators in testing and identifying batch corrections.
+ Record results of testing in spreadsheets and ERP systems.
+ Calibrate and clean lab equipment.
+ Monitor lab supplies and inform the supervisor when items nee...
