Job Description
The selected person will be involved in the execution and monitoring of repair work on components, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and traceability standards.
Responsibilities
- Verifying the produced parts daily to ensure they meet the established quality requirements and standards
- Attending meetings with the client on behalf of the company
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the client team
- Contributing to the reduction of customer complaints by identifying and resolving problems, as well as closing incidents once they are resolved
- Responding quickly to production or quality issues, sorting or reworking parts as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2) with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Demonstrable professional experience in a similar position
