About Finanshels
Finanshels is building an AI-powered finance back office for UAE SMEs. Our mission is to simplify accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting through technology, automation, and scalable operational excellence.
We are looking for a Quality Systems Lead who can build and strengthen the quality infrastructure behind our accounting and compliance operations. This is not a traditional QA/QC reviewer role. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker who transforms accounting, tax, and compliance expertise into SOPs, training frameworks, automation rules, and measurable quality improvements.
Role Overview
The Quality Systems Lead will be responsible for building and managing the quality engine that enables Finanshels to deliver high-quality accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, reporting, and compliance services at scale.
