Job Description
Quality Supervisor
We are looking for a new Quality Supervisor to join our team at our Oakbank facility in Manitoba! You will be responsible for maintaining the quality system and supporting the integration of new tools for all factories in the province. You will also ensure the supervision of the quality coordinators in Manitoba.
JOB SUMMARY
- Tracks sampling reports and ensures compliance with environmental regulations across Manitoba sites, including Hadashville and Deer Lake.
- Collaborates closely with site quality teams to ensure compliance with Berger's quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with site Operation team to ensure compliance with Berger operation standards and support and verify all production and quality reports for each product.
- Conducts regular visits to manufacturing facilities and harvesting sites to perform quality and environmental audits.
