Description About the Team The Quality team at ZF Toluca is responsible for ensuring robust processes and zero-defect performance across manufacturing operations and new product launches.
The team includes process quality engineers assigned per plant and APQP quality engineers supporting engineering changes and launches.
It works closely with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to maintain compliance with global automotive quality standards.
Collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong quality culture are at the core of the team's mission.
What you can look forward to as Quality Superintendent Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF , ISO , VDA, AIAG-VDA Core Tools, CQIs, and customer-specific requirements.
