Overview
The Quality Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in quality execution, documentation, and field performance. This role acts as a key bridge between QA teams, field operations, and project leadership, especially within large-scale telecommunications and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢āSupervise and manage Quality Assurance Specialists across assigned projects or scopes
ā¢āDistribute workloads based on project needs, technician skillsets, and site demand
ā¢āServe as a primary escalation point for QA issues from field teams, superintendents, and customers
ā¢āEnsure consistency in QA/QC processes, documentation, and reporting across all sites
ā¢āPresent Quality Assurance Plans during project kickoff meetings
ā¢āTrack and report on QA metrics, including FOKs, BIM issues, and documentation quality
