Perform moderately complex and detailed inspection processes to ensure equipment meets quality specifications. Identify defects in parts, approve or reject items, and complete inspection reports and related documentation accurately. Maintain company quality standards, identify ongoing quality issues, prevent potential production problems, and suggest process improvements. Follow all safety policies and promote a safe working environment by proactively addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions. Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and support rotating night shifts as required. Requirement/Must Have: Minimum 1 year of ESP experience. High School Diploma or equivalent.
