Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) for the assigned PV section
- Manage QA QC activities for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works related to the Solar PV plant
- Ensure compliance with approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures
- Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and quality documentation
- Coordinate inspections with the client, consultant, EPC team and subcontractors
- Monitor construction quality for piling foundations, mounting structures, trackers, PV module installation, DC AC cabling, inverter stations, transformers and switchgear
- Ensure all materials comply with approved specifications and vendor documentation
- Monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), Preventive Action Reports (PARs) and close-out activities
