Job Title: Quality Manager
Reports To: Plant Manager

SUMMARY

Plans, coordinates, and implements programs to assure plant quality and, in some cases, the quality systems of group companies. Analyzes production processes, establishes inspection areas, defines requirements for final inspection, coordinates provider development programs, and analyzes results of current methods. Establishes and follows up certification programs. Requires full knowledge of another language. A master’s degree or certifications preferred, with more than five years of experience in similar positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as leader responsible for all product‑quality activities to achieve a zero‑defect goal.
• Manage Quality Engineers and the quality team.
