Ensure the quality and conformance to specification of parts, components and finished devices. Provide applicable regulatory compliance support for the implementation/maintenance of an ISO quality system (ISO 9000, IATF 16949 and, 13485). Use excellent communication and influencing skills to gain consensus on priorities and resolution of quality issues. Establish operational objectives and assignments and delegate assignments to subordinate leaders. Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation.
