Your Job As the Sr / Manager, Quality, you will be responsible for the overall quality management of Molex Singapore. You will lead initiatives to improve quality culture, risk management, and drive continuous QMS (Quality Management System) improvements. This role requires collaboration across multiple functions including operations, engineering, procurement, and customer quality to meet and exceed customer expectations. Our Team You will lead a dedicated Quality team consisting of supervisors, engineers, technicians, and inspectors supporting the Datacom and Specialty Solution division. The team works closely with internal stakeholders such as product design, manufacturing, sourcing, and sales, as well as external customers and suppliers.
