Experience:  5–8Years

Qualification:  B.Tech in MechanicalEngineering

Responsibilities:

Lead the quality department and oversee all quality assurance activities.

Develop and implement quality management systems and policies.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Manage audits, certifications, and client inspections.

Train and mentor quality engineers and staff.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
