Dawson Road Maintenance is looking for a Quality Manager who ensures adherence to standards, leads improvement initiatives, and communicates effectively with stakeholders.

In this role you will be a valued member of Dawson Road Maintenance , working in a permanent, full-time position of Quality Manager . The Quality Manager will report to the Manager, Operations . This position is a critical part of the management team and will oversee our Quality Management System (QMS) . Your base location will be Fort St John, BC , with regular travel throughout the area.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Maintenance of auditing programs
• Lead inspection of work activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with the QMS
• Conducting inspections on required materials for winter and summer work activities
