As the Quality Manager of Novotel Amsterdam City, you are the driving force behind the quality, appearance, and service experience of our hotel. With 610 rooms, more than 1,000 m² of meeting space, and extensive public areas, you are ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both our guests and colleagues.
You are at the heart of our operation, acting as the vital link between Novotel Amsterdam City and our external housekeeping partner. With eye for detail, coaching leadership style, and focus on continuous improvement, you ensure that our quality standards are exceeded every day.
