You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a team of quality inspectors to maintain and improve quality assurance processes.

+ Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, development, and operations to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Communicate quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders.
+ Participate in meetings and presentations to share information and updates.
+ Lead and motivate a team of quality inspectors, providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
+ Manage MRB meetings and review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records....
