Job Description
Link-Worldwide in Santiago de Querétaro is looking for a qualified individual to diagnose and resolve assembly issues, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
The candidate will manage field complaints, validate corrective actions, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years in Quality and Customer Service, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
