Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Quality Management – Support IT elements of the Allianz UK Change Framework(s) and facilitate process improvement (developing/enhancing documented processes and procedures), including rollout and embedding of new/changed processes, backed by measurement
Conduct regular reviews to ensure consistent adherence to process; track and report non-compliance metrics and support resolution
Collect data and conduct reporting, data analysis, and development of statistical models to enable use of metrics
Guide process improvement and support reporting of project delivery and quality
Provide process advice, support, and training to IT and Change communities
Provide ad-hoc mentoring and project consultancy
Strategy, Planning & Management:
Support the development and operation of IT change frameworks and processes in line with industry technology trends
Stay current with developments, trends, and innovations in change frameworks
