What You Will Do
Lead quality planning and deployment activities for new product introductions (NPI/NPD) from concept through production release. Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements (e.g., AS9100, customer specs).
What You Will Learn
End-to-end new product deployment lifecycle in a regulated manufacturing environment. Exposure to aerospace quality systems, customer audits, and program governance.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (PFD, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
