Job Description
- QUALITY: Perform daily incoming control of raw materials and outgoing control of products.
- Perform quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and corrective action.
- Handle supplier communication, claim handling, and 8D reporting.
- TEST: Perform inspection and testing of assembled products to ensure adherence to documented requirements.
- Manage customer documentation such as drawings, specification and documents.
- Liaise with customers on test requirements and work with internal team to design the testing flow that address customer needs.
- PRODUCTION: Assist in daily operation.
- Provide technical support to production.
- Create, update work Instructions and train production technicians.
- Perform trouble shooting of production challenges.
