Job Description
Analyze customer quality requirements and establish quality controls during New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.Drive quality improvement projects to improve production yield and reduce defects in mass production.Manage customer complaints, RMA, and quality feedback, ensuring effective corrective actions.Investigate product non-conformances and implement preventive measures.Manage supplier quality activities, including supplier audits, evaluations, corrective actions, and performance tracking.Collect, analyze, and report quality data to management and customers.Lead ISO quality management system implementation, documentation, and audits.Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, prevent defects, and improve production efficiency.Perform other quality-related tasks assigned by management.
