Quality Engineer

This role will be assigned to Ankara, Turkey to manage the wind farm construction quality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Development of the Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system for the project.
• Define quality standards, procedures, and guidelines that align with project requirements and organizational goals.

2. Quality Planning:

• Collaborate with the project manager to develop quality plans for each phase of the project.
• Establish key quality management performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor project quality.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
