Sheets (ODS).Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use statistical tools (SPC, DOE, etc.) to support the Continuous Improvement activities as well as the root cause investigation process.
Be the the non-biased person to help the team define issue ownership when issues arise in the shop floor or when reported by our customers.
Take ownership of Quality KPI’s by closely following open actions and ensuring cross-functional team working meetings are taking place and are being effective to address the assigned product line top offenders.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role – ideally in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record using structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve manufacturing and systemic issues....
