Job Description
Job Summary
Designs and installs quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques. Designs specific testing mechanisms, equipment, and devices. Implements and sustains process improvement projects and works with quality systems for re-engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains methods and sampling procedures for inspections, testing, and evaluation. Supports Quality Operations to ensure product and process compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Collaborates in the development, implementation, and sustainment of the project management program to guarantee proper implementation of projects.
- Investigates moderately complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non‑conformances, audit observations) for all production processes prior to final product release, analyzes results, makes recommendations, and develops reports.
