Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Contact Center platforms.
  • Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc - any of them).
  • Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc.
  • Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.

Salary Range: CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
