Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for process control in the process.
- Problem resolution with supplier and customers.
- Support the corrective action system (internal and external).
- Provide technical support to MfG Eng and MFg regarding quality of product and his function within the design.
- Quality gage requirement for processes.
- Provide leadership to QC engineers and technicians.
- Works closely with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies, gage R&R and DOE.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
- Performs activities related to safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer.
- 80% Bilingual.
- Knowledge of ISO9000.
- Geometric tolerances and blueprint reading.
- Computer literate on Microsoft.
- Problem solving techniques.
- PFMEA, DOE, QFD,...
