Justification: This role replaces the Applied NA Quality Director role with a specific Chiller NA Quality Director position. The Chiller NA business is a $1.7B revenue operation that has 8 mfg. sites and approximate 200 Quality Headcount. This is a high growth area that has high criticality for quality performance particularly with growing data center business. This segment has over $18M in COPQ opportunity.
What you will doDirects a large regional quality organization and directs the overall quality strategy and implementation to ensure technical specifications, product reliability, and internal and external expectations comply with relevant standards, regulations, and licenses. Develops and deploys PBU/Regional quality strategies for the assigned business unit, aligned to both integral standards and PBU needs, which ensure world class quality performance that provides a competitive advantage for Johnson Controls.
