About the Role
The Quality Coordinator will ensure that the quality management system is implemented, and related ISO requirements are followed at all times within the Proficiency Testing services & QRM Production activities
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure that all aspects of the QM SHERQ Management System are functioning in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043:2023, ISO 17034: 2016 and other related ISO standards including the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management system as well as client’s requirements.
- Identify the occurrence of departures from the management system or from the procedures used for providing proficiency testing schemes/QRM production and to initiate actions to prevent or minimize such departures. Various responsibilities have been delegated to operational staff, but the final responsibility lies with the Quality Manager.
