THE POSITION
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for performing the required Quality Program responsibilities and for providing support to the field Operations, to ensure the operations are carried out in accordance with the established Quality Program standards. Working with internal stakeholders, this role will support in the review of various Quality processes, including documentation, process audits, and auditing system functionality. This position requires the successful candidate to be fully fluent in written and conversational French and English.
This role is also responsible for promoting, developing, and overseeing compliance of Dexterra Quality system in Remote and Hospitality locations across Canada by assuring compliance to customer requirements, and by maintaining and improving Quality policies, standards, procedures, programs, and practices.
