Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing, fruit processing, or warehouse quality control.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the food processing industry.

  • Knowledge of food safety systems, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, or similar standards.

  • Experience working with fresh produce, frozen fruit, purees, or juice concentrates is advantageous.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as Sage and iComply is advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

  • FSSC 22000 compliance knowledge and experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
