Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations Conduct routine quality checks on products, including taste, texture, appearance, and temperature Perform sampling and testing of products throughout production stages Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices are followed in the facility Identify and report non-conforming products or processes Implement and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Verify packaging and labelling accuracy, including ingredient lists and expiry dates Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports Assist in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness Train and support staff on quality control procedures and food safety standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
