About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Controller to drive improvements in product build quality by ensuring adherence to workmanship, process, and quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying production processes, maintaining product traceability, approving product acceptance documentation, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure compliant, reliable and customer‑ready products.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Grade 12 with technical subjects, mathematics and physical science. Preferably N6 in electronic or mechanical engineering, fine optician or a relevant trade qualification. ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems training. Basic statistical process control (SPC) or equivalent training. 1–3 years’ experience applying quality standards within a high‑complexity system development and production environment, preferably within the defence industry.
