Oversee the Quality Control program for federal and military construction projects, ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of project Quality Control Plans.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Control Plans.
+ Manage submittal registers, testing logs, inspection reports, deficiency logs, and rework tracking.
+ Conduct and lead Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up inspections as part of the Three Phases of Control process.
+ Coordinate testing, inspections, and quality documentation with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives.
+ Manage project closeout documentation, as-built records, warranties, and turnover packages.
+ Utilize RMS, ECMS, NAVFAC, and/or USACE quality management systems as required.
