Job Summary:
Develop and implement robust quality assurance and control systems for all raw materials, in-process, and finished NPK fertilizer products. Ensure compliance with national and international fertilizer quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection protocols. Lead quality investigations, drive corrective actions, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
