**About Your Role:**
As an **ICC Department** **Manager** at one of Dollar Tree’s Distribution Centers, you’ll oversee the quality control function across all areas and shifts within a high-volume, 24/7 operation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining the integrity of logistics processes, and driving compliance with company policies and procedures.
