Job Description
Job Title: Senior Quality Improvement Lead (Onsite)
Location: Chicago, IL
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm | Pay: 44.25/hr
About the Role
As a key member of the Quality Team, you will provide line-embedded leadership focused on reducing and eliminating quality losses across Cracker lines and Ingredient Handling. You’ll partner closely with operations teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen quality ownership, and ensure sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce recurring quality losses (holds, deviations, rework, instability)
- Lead structured problem-solving using IL6S, RCA, and continuous improvement tools
- Track performance using Daily Management Systems (DMS) and ensure timely action closure
- Deploy and sustain Quality Pillar tools (process maps, quality matrices, standard work)
