Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the Quality Control Director is responsible for the efficient operation of the laboratory (quality control) as well as the management of its personnel. Key Responsibilities
1. Laboratory Management
Ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory (ordering supplies, supplier communications, departmental meetings). Manage laboratory staff. Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Ensure all tasks are performed safely by the team. Ensure pilot plant tasks are carried out and completed.
