- Conversant with international codes and standards, including ISO standards.
- To carry out welding inspection before, during and after welding completion including material verification, welding control, fit up, dimensional control and visual inspection.
- Review of WPS/PQR and implementation of WPS requirements.
- Coordinate with customers' quality personnel / TPI for all site inspection & preparation.
- To observe all relevant actions related to weld quality throughout production.
- To record, or log all production inspection points, relevant to quality, including a final report showing all identified imperfections.
- To compare all recorded information with the acceptance criteria and any relevant clauses in the applied application standards.
- To attend and resolve all QA related matters.
- Any other job concerning QAQC department assigned from the Senior Management/ General Managers.
