Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducts various tests and analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, and end products to ensure they meet the specification.
- Conducts in-line inspection of processes, storage areas, incoming materials, end products, and outgoing deliveries to ensure they are compliant with the standards related to food safety.
- Prepares COA, evaluation reports, inspection reports, monitoring reports, and non-conformance reports for data records and traceability.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Review and ensure the test methods and procedures are correct and updated.
- Performs investigations and identifications of root causes of defects or quality problems.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing set up.
- Must have at least 1 year of food testing analyses and in-line inspection.
