About the role
BURN is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician works with the QC team manufacturing staff and research and development team to ensure inspection and testing procedures are implemented and maintained. He/she will assist in the development of standards to meet quality requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Support the New Product Development (NPD) & Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports, and giving quality feedback throughout the test period.
+ Ensure the technical documents required for production meet document control and revision requirements.
+ Analyse data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects. Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.
+ Conduct an audit on quality jigs and fixtures, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date.
